Quoted in paragraph 62 of the amended derivative complaint (March 9, 2022): Straubel had emailed Musk under the subject 'Equity Incentives' asking him to 'consider giving [Straubel] the same vesting milestones that [E. Musk] and the board set up for [E. Musk]'. Only this fragment of Musk's reply is public.
