Musk asks Stanton about the cave's geometry

From:: Elon Musk
Date:: July 6, 2018 (approximate within July 6-8, 2018; thread mixes Pacific and Thailand timestamps)
To:: Richard Stanton

Are you one of the divers who understands the cave geometry? Trying to help out, but need to know the details of the most problematic areas.

About this email

Musk's opening email to British cave diver Richard Stanton during the Tham Luang rescue, asking about the most problematic sections of the cave.

Notes

Musk Decl. Ex. C (email chain with British cave diver Richard Stanton, July 6-8, 2018). The exhibit prints the chain newest-first with timestamps from two mail clients (Pacific time and Thailand time), so the exact send time of individual messages is uncertain; the date is a best reading. Transcribed from a scanned exhibit; minor OCR variance possible. Musk posted screenshots of part of this chain on Twitter on July 10, 2018.
