Known only through the passages quoted in Chancellor McCormick's post-trial opinion (factual background); the full email is not public. The amended complaint (para. 114) quotes it as "Let's put [my Grant] on hold for a few weeks[.]" and dates it July 30, 2017; the retrieved copy of the opinion text reads 'June 30', but the surrounding passage concerns late July 2017.
